I am 59 y/o, and just started having pain in the right side of my chest. I am a diabetic and have recently been placed on a cholesterol drug and taking co q10. It just started hurting, but I sleep on my stomach with a flimsy pillow on my right arm. So now I will go through to process of finding out, my girlfriend says if I break a sweat and let some air out of my spare tire, it should go away!, I tend to agree with her.

It would feel like I had been shot and knock the air out of my lungs for about 15 seconds, now when I lay down I'm getting what feels like a flame burning in my right side by my breast. I am 15 years old. I was sitting down and i suddenly got pain in the right side of my chest. I couldn't stand up because of the pain. About 10min later the pain reduced and i could get up. The pain is still there. It has been about 5 days now. The chest pain is more to the bottom right. What is the reason and what can i do?
