    SHAUN KONNING I wanted to loose weight although i am not fat and resorted to drinking both black and green tea and also focused mainly on fruits and vegetables which i have learnt through your site the types that are not good for O+s.

    You mentioned that Type O 'are not suggested to consume dairy product'. However, you also mentioned Type O can consume 'goat cheese', 'feta cheese', etc. These products do have dairy. Please explain.
