Indianlady: I am blood type O+ and for some reason i agree with the cut down on carb's in one's diet but in the same breathe i believe we can eat anything and everything but in moderation and exercise, walk alot and drink lots of water. i had an ulcer and that was caused by stress and spicey food, i cut back on spicey foods and have 'em once in a while, same goes to gas cooldrinks. i find that there is alot of truth in the fruits mentioned above and it does help tremendously. At the end of the day, we should take the time and evaluate what our bodies can and cannot handle and make the necessary adjustments, if we dont do it, who will. God bless all of us

soy is not a good dairy substitute, in fact unfermented soy is not good for consumption AT ALL. Asians never used soy as a staple but rather as a condiment, much like ketchup and it was always fermented, unless in its raw form (edamame). Please educate yourself regarding soy. Much research is being done proving that it is the wrong protein for human consumption.

I'm a 50 year old male with blood type O+. Well apparently I have been indulging in everything but what's presumably healthy. I would consider making some modifications to my diet but I won't put too much stock in this diet unless I notice dramatic changes. It's just way too restrictive and besides you only live once so enjoy life a little. Also, I need to do some more research on this topic and see that it's evidence supported before I make any changes to my diet. Will keep you posted.

I have Factor V Leiden a gene from my mother I am on Coumadine therefore restricted eating food with vitamin K. It is very confusing since I do have stomach problems. My primary doctor recommended blood diet for O positive BA in Florida

All the no-no's on this list upset my body, stomach, intestinal track. This explains a lot.
