    @ : Yes, people with type O positive blood can have blueberries. These berries can either block polyamine synthesis or lower indican levels. Besides it is cancer super beneficial for O type.

    I just had bunion surgery and my mom traveled to Florida from Alabama to be with me. So needless to say my O positive blood type diet went out the window. However, I'm 16 days post surgery and now I've started back juicing and leaning toward eating O positive foods. I must say when I eat the O positive beneficial foods, I look and feel so much healthier.

    I am definitely a believer. I suffered from Acne, painful gas, low energy, emotional outbursts for many years and I finally feel great! I tried the vegetarian sometime vegan lifestyle for many years. It helped me with my acne, losing weight and some bloating, but not completely. But I had NO Energy! When I found out I was Type O after a Live/Dry Blood analysis, I received a list of beneficial, neutral and avoid foods. I decided to experiment with cooking these new foods (I was a sandwich and Pizza kind of a girl... thought the whole wheat bread was counting for something), apparently only gas. After 1 month. I have lost weight, my skin looks great, I have loads of energy. I not only changed my food, but my whole lifestyle changed. I joined a gym and incorporated Vigorous exercise 5 times per week. And I stay busy, not allowing boredom to sink in. Cooking helps because it keeps you super busy planning the next meal. It turned out to be more fun than I expected and the more energy I have... the more fun things I can incorporate. I highly recommend starting.

    Am Celestina Am really confused. Being a Ghanaian, most of us like fufu which is derived from cassava n plaintain, banku which is also derived from maize n cassava. I love garden eggs n cabbage stew too. Pls help me

    i tried every diet in the world, although this plan is for health benefits I have lost 8 pounds in a month just by avoiding foods I was eating that I thought was good for me. Who knew? I'm type o positive hate wheat but was eating it thinking it was better for me when in fact it was making me gain weight. It is like a shock when you 1st. read about all the things you must avoid in order for this new way of eating to work for you but after a short time it is actually fun to create new recipes and search for different foods & experience new favors. I pray that I reach my ideal weight & heal my body from all the abuse I have put it through. Jacqueline Stinebaugh
