I eat eggs everyday and wheat bread and I love love love kidney beans lol! This article was very helpful. I am on a weight loss journey and although I have wonderful exercise habits, I am very active, keep a clean diet(most of the time) and take my vitamins my body is not responding as fast as thought it would be, I will implement these things into my diet now. thank you so much :)

My boyfriend is struggling with his weight. He had been underweight for a while now even though he is constantanly eating and in large portions, it's quite concerning. He's an O+. Any suggestions for a weight gaining diet
