@ : you see. you can eat all the things but care fully mark every time after eatinghow you are filling. if any food or item does not satisfy you mentally quit that food immediately for ever. 2.always eat less quantity or half a stomach but qualitative foods only. 3.Try to avoid maximum cooked food and make a habit of raw food. 4.leafy greens ,raw vegetables and fruitsshould be combined always in order to compesate the quantity of the food' 5. lemon water in empty stmach,1/2cloves of raw garlic should be taken daily. This will help maintain your slimness 6' Cliantro and oregano leaves along with sufficient onions every time with your food should be a food habit. If you are interested to eat whole grains go for sprouted ones in limit, You adopt your food plan this way for at least 3 weeks and see the magic yourself. Thank You . G.L.Agrawalla Notes special... Quit liqour,Smoking, tea or coffe chewing tobacco if any.

I have adopted this diet for 5 months now and have noticed a huge increase in muscle density and energy levels, and a huge decrease in fat loss, sluggishness and stomach issues. Def worth a try if you're on the fence about it. Also noticed my sugar and cholesterol numbers are much better.

@ : Good points Spencer. Very lightly cooked animal proteins if one finds raw a difficult step. Pink in the middle works, to a degree.

I am reading that coconut should be avoided as an O blood type. Does this include coconut oil? I use coconut oil for many things including cooking and oil pulling. Thoughts on this?

@ : Coconut oil should be safe for people with O type of blood. If you have any doubts or feel any discomfort, be sure to talk to your doctor.

@ : MDs know little about health or nutrition. My sister and her husband have a new, young MD after their old fellow retired. He seems well informed. She asked about taking extra magnesium (a very important step imho; well, not exactly so humble). He suggested she speak to her pharmacist as 'we', the medical profession, don't know that much about it. Coconut oil is great for oil pulling; but not for 'healthy' eating. Hemp seed oil, butter for the butyric acid nurtures the heart, bovine fat, and olive oil if you can find the good quality kind (difficult, for it is hard to find actual sources of quality OO). Namaste and care, mhikl
