You lost any credibility when you claimed poor fitting shoes can cause an ingrown FINGERnail.

You guys really don't know that toenails are the same as fingernails, and that wearing ill-fitting shoes can cause ingrown toenails? Do you really need a separate entry dedicated exclusively to the care and feeding of toenails? You should just go to the ER.
