I'm 25, for the past week and a half ive been having really bad pains, I have my tubes tied, I bloat all the time which is normal for me, but now my stomach is down which I'm happy about but this pain is killing me, most of the time I can't get out of bed.... What could be wrong? Also I'm calling my doctor tomorrow see when I can get in? It hurts that bad, if it didn't hurt so bad I wouldn't even call the doctor

I don't know what is wrong with me, I've had like off & on cramps that last like up to a minute & go away, I'm late on my period 10 days now; I took a pregnancy test and it was negative.

@alondra- if you don't want to get pregnant, why do you KEEP having unprotected sex???? The pill is very cheap even without health insurance or just use a condom!

I don't know what it is with me and my body. After starting menstruating at age 11,my periods/cycles were really heavy, painful, irregular, unpredictable periods. And when I was 13, I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and my periods got sooo bad where I needed a gynecologist ASAP. I got an endocrinologist for my hypothyroidism and Ive been taking the same thyroid med this whole time. Now I'm 19. When I first started seeing my gynecologist at age 13 almost 14,she put me on a 28 day cycle pill. So I took that for a while up until October 2014. I think it really helped. But then I wanted to try Seasonique (an extended cycle birth control pill) which she said was newer and to pay attention for spotting. I took that until I really wanted to just be done and not have any birth control in April. So eversince April, my body has been on it's own and I couldn't complain about my periods anymore. And Ive been using the Period tracker app, and I've noticed that I've gotten my period on a Saturday or Sunday mostly with being 27-29 days apart. But now, I was supposed to get my period last Saturday and now it's Wednesday and I still haven't gotten it. Are my periods irregular again? Is there something going on? I'm not pregnant and this is bothering me. And do I need to see my gynecologist again? I went to my gynecologist's office a couple or few weeks ago because they scheduled an early visit to talk about the birth control but I don't take the birth control anymore, and I told them that my periods were perfectly fine. They said "let me know if you need anything else. You don't have any appointments now." I said "ok." But now I don't know what it is or what to do!
