I'm twelve and I have had seriously painful cramps throughout my entire body and I'm not on my period. I had my period last week and since 2 pm today (it's 12 am) I've had really bad cramps in my shoulder and extremely bad pain under my left ribcage. I'm 14 and my period is 30 days late... It took a year for it to come back and now it's been a month and a few days yet nothing seems to be happening... I'm worried because I don't want to be somewhere and all of a sudden I get it and I bleed through and stuff! I get weird cramps (like my insides feel like their floating... Know what I mean?) and then it stops... I check for my period and nothing happens... I know I'm 14 and my body is still getting used to it but I just want to know if this is normal and stuff.... I'm 19, never had sex, and I have a history of ovarian cysts. I started having period cramp-like pain over a week ago (Saturday the 11th of June I think to today). It worsens with physical movement. I only have one ovary on the left side, my right ovary and appendix were removed after a massive cyst went into a torsion around the ovary and killed it. The pain I've been feeling is not like the pain I felt from that torsion. I guessed it was ovulation the first two days, thinking it was going on longer than usual (my usual is a few hours to one day). Today is the 21st and I am still feeling the pain, and around now is when my ovulation usually starts and my period doesn't usually start until after the 24th of the month. Also today there was a small amount of blood, and I stress that it was a small amount because I am normally a heavy bleeder. My abdomen feels bloated like a usual period as well but it's happening earlier than usual. I have had no changes in physical activity, diet, or medicine in the past month since my last period that ended May 31st. I am between health insurance plans at the moment as my father is switching jobs (I am still a dependent until I graduate college) so I can't see a doctor. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Ouch I don't understand I have had cramps all day along my stomachs and nothing has happened. I felt something drop like inside of me this afternoon but other than that no period yet and I'm 12!
