Well, Im just waiting for my period to come , but my period comes and goes then comes and goes again, I been like this for 4 days already What does this means ?

I am 16 years old, I got my first period when I was 13, I was violently ill the entire first period,and it's not uncommon that my stomach cramps cause me to throw up when I have my period. my cycle has never been regular, sometimes it comes normally other times it will be gone for up to 5 months, sometimes it lasts 2 days sometimes 8. I have been having cramps I normally get with my period for about 4 days, and I also have been nauseous. No I am not pregnant, due to my virginity being in tact.
