i have a complain to. I tested negative for pregnancy test, no pregnancy symptoms yet my period isn't coming. i just noticed a slight stain. pls am confused.

So I missed my period last month but after a week of missing my period, there was blood for like a 5 minutes and it disappeared. Then this month I got my period but it's been lasting over a week. But on like the 6th day, I'm getting brown orange looking blood. Can that be implantation bleeding?
