I want to end my life but don't have the guts to do so. I have 4 children who would be devastated if I did. I'm so tired of everyone else walking around with a smile on their face. I have been strong for them up until this point. I don't have anything left to fight with. -
Hi! I'm glad I found this forum too. The thing is I'm a 30+ male living in Ireland and had a fairly good quality of life but for some reason I just don't want to live anymore. I'm losing friends and feel people don't take me seriously and I am losing hope and confidence fast. I'm wanting to find the quickest way to die but they all seem really scary and Iv not got the courage to do any of them yet. I feel like an animal in a cage and just want to get out. I am thinking my option will be to drowned myself at a beach that I have always fondly loved. Oh god I wish this would all stop. Why was I born into this world.

Life is really very unfair with many , I can help you all to die easily without any pain, I have played with few chemicals which can kill someone in less than 10 seconds, I know how to obtain that chemicals I can tell you how to make it available for yourself.

what about when you know your cancer will get you? Stage 3b melanoma it is. Waiting to become trrminal stage 4? chemo does not respond. Immunotherapy at best saves 10% of us...? Sad and throned apart to leave soon to be 14 years old daughter. She is my life. And I wll make her so miserable when I leave... Was never depressed in my life. But this diagnostic at 48 is unbearable... Fuck you cancer!

Hey guys. I'm here to help. From time to time I'll feel extremely depressed and suicidal. As I'm thinking of ways to do it, I realize all the good things in life. Then I decide I'd be stupid to do it. You all must have reasons to do it. Maybe someone in your family hates you, maybe you've done something that you think ruined your life. But honestly, just brush it off. It may seem hard, but once you begin trying, you'll be able to ignore it. Life goes on. You may be 20+ and unmarried with no kids.
