So I had this redness problem for about 3 years now and I'm 13. I don't know how it happened but my checks are always red and I don't really get pimples but my skin is not smooth. My checks get red when I'm cold or hot, or when I'm embarrassed, or just randomly. And people think I'm blushing all the time but really I'm not. And I tryed a lot of stuff for my face but nothing seems to really work if any of you have a solution please tell me!

Im 23, I've always had red cheeks, which is one reason the nicke names "roseycheeks" or "cheeks" come from. I love putting on make up but I love not having it on too. Im usually natural on most occasions. When you get really close to my face you can see tiny little vains all on my chubby cheeks (im not fat just a have big cheeks) especially on my eyelids, not to mention, im very fair skinned for a mexican lol my skin is like, see through!. I love that im light skinned but my cheeks are just so annoying! Taking vitamins and all that does help but you have to take them for a long time before the vitamins start to take affect to your hair, nails and skin (well, not that long like 2 or 3 months ) but I would like something that would be a bit faster to get rid of the redness.(while taking the vitamins of course) Sometimes I go into work with out makeup and my coworkers think im sick, so embarrassing. Im used to walking around with my red cheeks but its something that I have been wanting to get rid off since I was a little girl. It was cute at first having roseycheeks as a kid but when you get older it just doesnt look nice anymore cus wrinkles, pimples, bags add on to it too. I need a fast, natural way to get rid of it.Help meeee

What some of you likely have is rosacea, especially those who are experiencing fine red veins on your cheeks. I also suffered from acne when I was younger, had a decade or so of beautiful skin, then rosacea. It's a pain and I wish there was a cure. I was finally diagnosed with rosacea when I turned 40. It's genetic. While there is no cure, there is relief. I think this article does offer a lot of helpful suggestions. I had never thought of applying aspirin salve. The dermatologist can give you medicine that will help take the red out for 12 hours at a time, but I only use that on rare occasions and it usually takes ALL the color out, so then you have to apply some blush. It's not my go to. What I have come to discover is that you should avoid the things that create redness as much as possible. The list is long. I also discovered that eliminating gluten foods helped a lot, not just for my gut, but also for my skin. I was probably sensitive when I was younger, which is likely why I suffered from skin issues. Also, cut out sugar as much as possible. Sugar will inhibit Vit C & D from working effectively in your body, which is what your skin needs. I just made and applied a mask that I made myself and left it on for about 20 minutes. The extra moisturizing effects of the mask, really helped take the redness out. Also, avoid rubbing your face with anything abrasive, even a washcloth. To exfoliate my aging skin I will use a soft baby washcloth and gently smooth it over my skin. Never rub. Allowing your skin to get too dry will only create more oiliness and redness, as your skin will over produce to replenish the oils or turn more red. Stay away from applying things that will irritate the skin, as the article suggests. Also, I just went to red hair, and it does indeed diminish the look of redness in the skin. Even if you went with red touches in your hair, it would help tone it down-from rosy cheeked rosacea sufferers to those suffering from acne, it works. Best to all of you out there dealing with facial redness.

I've tried many things for my rosacea and for me so far DermalMD Rosacea Serum is the best one I have tried. DermalMD Rosacea Serum for the face and I love that it's not an oil. It's easy to put on, it soaks into my face really fast just like lotion leaving my face looking amazing and feeling amazing, it does not leave my skin oily. I'm happy to say that my skin does not break out with acne from thus and it does not irritate my skin at all, I have way sensitive skin so this is perfect. I put this on my face daily and it's great under make up its really lightweight and I can barely tell I have it on. I could see a difference in my rosacea within a few days and my face just continues to get better. I love that I don't have to use a bunch , just a little bit covers my entire face so this will go a very long way and last me a few months probably. My face is absolutely rocking it I'm totally happy, not ashamed of my face game at all.
